Rub into pork, chicken, steak, or fish. Grill or cook as usual.
Calla Cajun Potatoes
Dice 4 Large Potatoes
Dice 1/2 Small Onion
Place in foil and dot with 2Tbs butter. Sprinkle 2 Tbs Calla Cajun over all. Seal edges and grill or roast until done.
